Difficulty select room is honestly the best room in the game (Kappa). There are invisible blocks along the right wall so you don't have to grind out four open gates and a drop gate(?).
The main room itself consists of a few corridors of standard jumps, with each row containing at least one jump that requires one frame.
The last room is impossible, but it's not required anyways.

I might as well give a review for one of the two or so games I've made that I believe are good enough to stay completely public and on the Wiki.
This game pretty much was the result of me being bored in study hall, and practically all of it was constructed on graph paper, which explains quite a few of the rather poor design choices I made (e.g. the save ending with a super-F, the few saves every now and then that's just one really precise jump, etc.). For some reason I decided to put a joke screen to the left of the first screen consisting of some strange MS Paint drawing of Ned Flanders I found on Google; who knows why I decided to include that in a pretty serious needle game. The music itself is pretty interesting ("nu-future-MLK-step" -a bunch of people in Stinky's chat the other day), but it doesn't entirely matter, seeing that I built the graphics around the song.
Now on to the things I do like: basically everything else. I had a tremendous amount of fun playtesting this and making this; I've beaten the game 3 times, and each time I had nothing to really complain about (of course, this is my game, so I am biased). I feel that this game defined what my needle style is today; I used to really compact my games with a lot of really precise jumps that more often than not required one-framing or jump-cancelling, but for this game I chose to be much more spaced out in the level design and more or less resulted to jumps that weren't just quasi-original jumps like I pulled off in Monochromatic, generally being pretty interesting.
There was at least one instance where I placed an align marker that didn't give the best align for a jump, so don't trust them 100% and every now and then try a different align if you can't seem to do a jump. There was also one place where I think you could skip a save, but I don't think a lot of people would notice it. There are a couple of jumps that don't necessarily require any one-framing, however it does make said jumps easier to do.
Well, this game is pretty difficult, so I'd recommend people who aren't too experienced with needle to wait on this game until they're more experienced in it; otherwise, I encourage you to give it a go. If you dislike it, thanks for trying it out anyway. <3

Just popping in here to say that there is a certain spot in the bossroom where the blue things won't kill you; just have to worry about the other projectiles.
Edit: now that I've cleared, might as well give a full review.
I liked the needle screen some, although not too much; I had much more fun on the boss as well. The first attack was really the only RNG-heavy attack, and most of the fight was more or less based on pattern. I somehow did the last quarter of the fight first try, although there were several times I thought I had died but didn't; it may just be the illusion I got from the corner of my eye or something, idk.
Also, the blue rings won't kill you in the 2.4 blocks extending from the left wall, just in case you don't want to find the safespot yourself.
I wouldn't really recommend, but I liked it, so there may be others who would.

Difficulty rating doesn't include extra, since it is impossible.
Tears's stage was pretty well made overall; had a couple of really difficult saves mixed in with some more moderate ones. Also, the music is awesome.
Loring's stage wasn't quite as good, though it did have a somewhat better difficulty balance.
Would recommend for needlers.
