Well, this is by far my favorite Conquer The Blow Game. The stages are really well-made, everything looks good, and even some good gimmicks (Well, I like them). There is even a Boss Rush Medley at the end, with all the bosses from Conquer The Blow 1, 2 and 3. The last boss is really funny, as well (Taisa Unicorn. That's some awesome stuff). The difficulty is also a bit higher than at the previous ones, getting somewhat rough at the 80s and 90s. Would recommend.

Great 100 floors game for beginner with a boss rush at the end including all bosses from I wanna conquer the blow game 1 to I wanna conquer the blow game 3. Every stages are good but the bosses aren't the best imo.

I was never entirely able to finish this, since my save would break every time I exited the game.
For what I played, it's definitely worth checking out, whether you're a novice player wanting to improve or a more advanced player looking to spend some time or looking for something to speedrun.
