It's okay. The level design is very nice, but the one save per room mechanic made the game a lot harder, and not in a good way. Still, would recommend to anybody who likes needle. The last ~20 floors are very hard compared to the rest of the game so good luck.
Edit: I updated the score to 94 to balance out the actual difficulty since it's already not 69 anyway.

Solid game, the trap area was hilarious, the needle parts were enjoyable for the most part, a couple of floors in the early 50s I found obnoxious, I don't know why but I didn't enjoy them at all, almost making me stop playing, but I pulled though and the rest of the game went smoothly (relatively speaking, the later floors are very long and grindy).
Also, on floor 61, the game saved me in a place in the middle of the screen for no apparent reason, making it much easier, the same thing happened in the final floor but I managed to "uncheese" myself by going back to the actual save. Is that a glitch or a "Save anywhere" feature was left in by pressing a button combination?
P.S. Sorry for ruining the 69 on the difficulty score, I just feel it's harder than that, at least I kept it in the rating.

So I have mixed thoughts on this game. The first 45-50 floors are fantastic. The game really takes a dive though in the last 20 or so floors. It felt like the difficulty curve went up way more than it should have. A lot of the saves are just painful, since they are packed full of difficult and awkward jumps. Also, the lengths of the saves are too long for my taste.
The production value and music are perfectly fine for me. The last stage could have used a better tileset though.
The trap stage was funny and not too long.
While the sewer area was well designed and fun, it felt too long. 20 screens is a lot for one area.
I did enjoy the game, despite the painful saves near the end. It never felt "bad", but it could have been much better with more thought put into the final areas.
Overall though, I would recommend this game to people who are confident in their platforming skills.
