This is one of those fangames that I don't ever see myself beating, but that I still respect tremendously. The majority of fangames try too hard to be hard, and recycle the same small set of gimmicks to create long, drawn-out levels that require high precision in order to proceed. This game basically takes this concept and parodies it with just the right kind of humor.
Each stage focuses on a single "cliche" among fangames. Whether it's the double-jump restore, pixel alignment, fitting the kid in a small safe spot next to a spike, or activating triggers, each stage has a small number of rooms that provide challenging puzzles without going overboard.
The graphics, while some might consider bland due to the absence of color, accentuate the plot that this Kid is some sort of test subject going through some sort of experiment. I think it makes things easier to see, and figuring out the jumps really boils down to a lot less trial and error of where to go, but rather timing the commands correctly.
The music is also fantastic, and the game does not overstay its welcome.
Great job, TheNewGeezer!

A fangame that does everything right. Production value that is top notch with amazing visuals and music. It's a lengthy game with great gameplay making it in the top tier of all fangames. It's not for novices and new players, but if you are good enough to play through it, you will love it. The game features a variety of gimmicks all used intelligently, which is rare. There is an achievement system, and secrets that drastically change the game if you collect them all.
One of a few fangames ever made that would probably be worth paying money for, but it's free!

I honestly dislike NANG.
There are some positives I have to commend Geezer for first, though.
- The game's graphics are very well done and simplistic enough to keep fresh through the whole game.
- The variety of mechanics keep the gameplay fresh and somewhat enjoyable.
My enjoyment of the game wasn't all that up to par.
This is probably one of the few popular "good" fangames I dislike. It kept the gameplay and graphics nice and fresh, but if I don't enjoy the game, then I won't like it.
(Everything under here is my personal opinion.)
I wasn't a big fan of the gravity changing mechanics.. Stage 9 is the most creative but in my opinion the worst with gimmicks. I despise the telejump mechanic with a passion. I don't think it was implemented very well, and Stage 9 was the killing point for me and this game.
Graphics: 8/10
Enjoyment: 1/10

Cool needle game. Good gimmicks (With exceptions), good save placement and some funny surprises once in a while. I'm not really fond of the visuals, but on a second look, Yosniper is right, they fit in the game.
The best part is the game talking to you, though. It's so funny to see messages at the top of the screen such as...Nah, no spoilers. But some of them are really funny. Also, free align classes. Woohoo!
That being said, there are some annoying things in this game. Some screens give a vibe of "Why is this thing in the game?". I'm not even talking about the joke screens, I'm talking about poor design. Also, what nops said, many screens are only virtually good, and far from being actually enjoyable.
It's good and stuff, but I believe it's overrated, it's very far from being perfect. Would still recommend, though, it's not a bad experience to play through.

Incredibly well made game. Starts off easy and then keeps getting harder without ever being unfair in difficulty. It's varied, long, with good design, and all of the gimmicks are well made. There is even an AI talking to you, which has some pretty funny dialogue.
This is a game everyone needs to play.
