One of those short "get lucky" avoidances. Not much effort was put into it, and the creator was basically sorry for it. Therefore, it's a meme game.
Unless you want to see how little deaths you can beat it with, I wouldn't recommend.

Just a friendly reminder that there's a new version and an old version. If you have the old version, you'll know because the intro is longer than in the new version. A lot of changes are made from the new version to the old version.

The medley stages are chosen well and nerfed/changed for making a good challenge. The original stage bosses are also awesome and give some witty wannabes trivia. The last medley bosses are well chosen and quite challenging, which is p cool. The final bosses are pretty damn hard, but even then they fit into the difficulty curve. I recommend this game to intermediate/beginner players as a challenge.

This is my review of K3, involving every segment of the game with details and a difficulty rating.
Stage 1 is the starting point of the game, and while it is the first area and also easy compared to the rest, it is still challenging. The platforming can sweep a new player off their feet. I'd advise you improve your needle skill if you wish to start out. Difficulty rating is a 55.
Secret 1 is a hard-to-access secret which appears in Stage 1. Reaching the secret area itself is harder than the secret, but even then, the secret is quite a challenge. Definitely the easiest secret in the game. Difficulty rating is a 57.
The first boss is no joke compared to Stage 1, but is a fair one if given a fair amount of time. The attacks involve easy RNG and some intermediate learning segments. Warping bullets wade around the screen and can pop out at you unexpectedly. If you can dodge this, though, you get taken to the next attacks. They involve RNG, and can take you out if your luck is bad, regardless of your skill. After the attacks, you can finally kill the boss. After the boss is killed, though, you are warped to a last avoidance. The avoidance is easy and shorter than the boss, but requires acute reactions. If you complete it, you can move on to Stage 2. Difficulty is a 69.
Stage 2 is harder than Stage 1, but not by a lot. If you can clear the first stage, you can clear the second stage. Keep on going at it! Difficulty is a 58.
Secret 2 is a demon compared to the previously easy segments of the game. Reaching it is tricky to pull of and requires patience, but is simple compared to the secret itself. The secret area is very hard, with needle jumps which can catch any intermediate player off guard. You will have to play the secret for a long time if you are bad at it, but the reward for the secret is one you'll treasure. Difficulty is a 76.
The second boss is unimaginably harder than the first one. There are three phases of taking on the sun and moon, which get much harder each time through. Once you complete the first phase, there is an avoidance segment involving hard to avoid RNG and player-aimed bullets. Thankfully the avoidance only lasts about 15 seconds. Once you complete the second phase, you are warped to a very hard avoidance which requires precise avoidance skill and general good luck. There is no avoidance after the third phase, though. Why this boss is considered to be so notorious is mainly because of the dice that rolls after each phase ends. You get warped to a screen of 9 different needle jumps, and you are taken to the one which corresponds to the dice roll. Depending on your luck, you can either get an incredibly easy one or a hard one which requires perfect timing. After the third dice roll ends, you've completed the boss. Difficulty is an 80.
Stage 3 gets you more involved with needle skills. The platforming gets an all-around increase in difficulty. Towards the end, you reach the RZ screens, which are harder than anything else in Stage 3. You will need extensive jump knowledge and patience in grinding to pass these screens. After all that, you reach the Guy Tower. The saves in the Guy Tower are relatively short, but some of them are very hard and require a grind similar to RZ. After you complete the Guy Tower, you are taken to the third boss. Difficulty is a 73.
Secret 3 is harder than the first one by a long shot, but it is still easier than the second one. There are many saves in the secret, all of which are quite short. The jumps are hard, though, and a select few can be very painful. Certain segments require very short jumps, which makes it that much harder. If you can collect the secret and manage a quick shortcut back to the entrance, you acquire the secret. Difficulty is a 73.
The third boss is a long one and a hard one. The first phase starts off with player-aimed attacks, pattern attacks, and player-aimed patterns. You'll have to take a while to learn how to do these pattern attacks, and once you've done that, you are taken to yet another avoidance. The avoidance starts off with a simple attack, but it quickly becomes worse. There is a player-aimed pattern attack that is very specific and learning it can be a huge pain. Learning the pattern is very different from managing it, though, because once you know how to do it, it becomes very easy and more of a matter of caution and memory. After you complete the avoidance, you are taken back to the boss, and the last phase starts. The last phase is shorter than the first and second phases, and it is also easier than the two. The attacks are remixes of the attacks that appear in the first phase, although some are left out. There is some RNG mixed in, though, so be cautious when you reach it. Once you kill the boss, it throws a last funny trick at you: An explosion of 3 bullet circles. Get as far away from the explosion as possible when it begins, and be careful not to mess up when dodging the bullet circles. After the explosion subsides, you've completed the boss and get taken to Stage 4. Difficulty is a 77.
Stage 4 is the last stage before the game takes an odd turn. There are many gimmicks involved in the areas taken for the stage, and the platforming is hard on a level that it can be compared to Secret 2. There are 3 different "parts" of Stage 4, all of them very different in difficulty and mood. The needle at this point gets harder and harder, the gimmicks get tougher and tougher, and you'll have to persevere a lot in order to continue. If you manage it, though, what comes next is where the game takes a serious turn in difficulty. Difficulty is 79.
Secret 4 is an incredibly hard secret, being even harder than Secret 2. All of the saves are their own level of hard, but the one that stands out most is the TAS Drop Save. This specific save is unfriendly and so hard that it's basically the deciding point of whether people do the secret or not. No part of this secret gives time for joking around because none of the platforming jokes around, either. Only try this if you're confident and willing to complete it to get the reward for accessing the secret bosses. Difficulty is an 82.
The secret bosses are unlocked as soon as you complete Secret 4, but reaching them requires going through some of the screens of their respective stages. Each boss is very hard when compared to its Kamilia 2 counterpart, and many of them require very good luck paired with very good skill. These bosses should only be attempted if you're confident in your avoidance skill. Difficulty is an estimated 86. I will begin estimating the difficulties from here on out because I have not managed to complete anything past this point.
Once you've passed stage 4, the game gets very, very different. Welcome to Bossrush.
Boss Rush is a primary factor in my overall difficulty rating of the game. You are forcefully pitted against four incredibly hard avoidance bosses, all unique to eachother. There is no way around Bossrush, so you have to complete it if you wish to beat the game. Beating Bossrush surprisingly requires one thing over all, which is good luck. Good luck is required for every boss, but the extent of how good the luck should be depends entirely on your skill level. People have suffered for a very long time in this area, yet some have passed through it with incredibly short times. If you want any hope of clearing it without a multi-hundred hour grind, you MUST increase your general avoidance skill prior to reaching Bossrush. After clearing all four bosses and finally completing this painful area, you get taken to the main boss: Influka. Difficulty is an estimated 92.
The Influka fight is a long one, but thankfully it is much, much easier than Bossrush. All attacks are hard to learn and can be painful to avoid, but it is thankfully less luck-based. The reason this fight is hard is because of the length, where you have to learn a very high amount of attacks. Once you've learned it, though, you're on the road to completing it. Take note that when you do clear it, though, you're in for a very different genre of game. Difficulty is an estimated 87.
Once you beat Influka, you're on your way to Stage 5.
Stage 5's design is very different from the medley style used so much in stages 1-4. Instead of taking screens from other games, you're faced against game creators themselves which have created various areas of astounding difficulty.
Stage 5's Kamilia Area is some easy avoidance mixed with brainpower utilized in some badly set up minigames, followed by a gigantic maze of disorientation but no killing objects. Difficulty rating is an estimated 70.
Stage 5's Lunarmagic Area is a hard avoidance boss with some patterns but also very hard RNG. Beating this boss can take a while, but generally it doesn't seem harder than bossrush, but actually easier. Difficulty rating is an estimated 85.
Stage 5's Betty Area is simple jumps followed by triggers which turn it into something a lot harder. A short stage, but also not one to be underestimated because of the general jump difficulty combined with the save length and triggers. Difficulty rating is an estimated 75.
Stage 5's Doruppi Area is a long avoidance based almost entirely around the pattern attacks. The pattern attacks are very hard to learn and do correctly. Along with that, there are also some RNG attacks which make it that much harder. Difficulty rating is an estimated 84.
Stage 5's Rukito Area is considered to have the hardest platforming in the game. It's like an extra-spiced up version of Betty's Area, with harder platforming, longer save length, and especially hard triggers. The triggers make every difference to the platforming, as they can keep you in a rush unlike anything else. Very advanced needle skill, patience, and learning is required to beat this area. Difficulty rating is an estimated 86.
Stage 5's Cyber Area is an RNG-based avoidance with insane attacks. The RNG is paired with patternized movements which can take a while to learn. No attack in this boss should be underestimated, and even then, they are hard to the extent that you require some very good luck and some very refined avoidance skill. Difficulty is an estimated 90.
Stage 5's Influka Area is a shoot-em-up based on Gradius. The area starts out with a barrage of enemies and bullets. You have to kill the enemies to get powerups, which are very helpful and make the rest of the area that much easier. You are then given two bosses to face. One boss is a constant pattern, but with RNG segments mixed in. After killing this boss, the next boss appears. The next boss has a wide variety of different attacks to throw at you, ranging from very easy to very hard. I'll remind you that you have to do this in one life. Difficulty is an estimated 88.
Secret 5 is an insanely hard secret, and is so hard that very few people actually take it seriously. It can be immediately accessed from the Kamilia Area, but barely any people go to the secret despite that. The secret is needle, just like the other secrets, but this time it's very different. You are always in the same short room, but every time you complete the room, you have to go backwards through an even harder version of the room. This vicious cycle repeats many times, to the point where it can't get any harder without becoming borderline impossible. The inconsistency in the jumps is unbelievable, and a painstaking all-out grind similar to Bossrush is required to beat it. Difficulty is an estimated 95. I have not contributed this to the rating because that would cause some inaccuracies.
Stage 5's Koala Area is a secret avoidance which can be accessed at the same time as the Influka Area. The avoidance is very long, and it has many hard attacks. Whether it's pattern or RNG, maybe both, the boss is incredibly hard to learn and incredibly hard to beat. Difficulty is an estimated 90.
After clearing the Influka Area, you are dropped off at the M-Stage. The M-Stage consists of basic platforming on the normal grid. You are constantly chased by rising death, which puts you in a rush to quickly complete already hard platforming. Even though the platforming has no triggers and is based on a basic 32-pixel grid, it should not be underestimated and has some actual very hard jumps. Difficulty is an estimated 86.
After all that hard work, you have finally reached the final boss. The final boss has three phases. The first phase is an almost-all pattern attack with some simply hard RNG thrown in. It makes for a short avoidance, almost 1 minute long. It immediately spawns the next phase, which is no joke at all. There is a barrage of many different attacks bound to come at you, and all of them will be chosen at random, having you face them all. Considered to be the hardest phase of the fight, the attacks range from very easy to very hard. What truly makes it such a hard phase, though, is that the attacks are dropped off one after the other. You can come out of an easy attack to be brutalized by another easy one just because of the nature of the attacks. If you do manage to complete it, you get taken to the final phase. The final phase is similar to the first phase, but much harder. There are hard pattern attacks, hard RNG attacks, and also some constantly warping bullets which are very big and require either learning to control or intense reactions. Once you've completed every attack, the boss has one last trick up its sleeve: It loops, throws more warping bullets, and puts maximum pressure on you. Don't mess up. Once you've killed this boss, you've cleared Kamilia 3. Difficulty is an estimated 92.
This is my review of K3. The extra stage is not out, so I can't judge that. I hope you had a good read. I don't throw any bias towards this game in my review, it is fully up to you to play it based on what you've read. If you do decide to give it a shot, know what you're in for and judge well what you can and cannot do. If you can clear it, you are an exceptionally skilled fangame player who gets the right to have my respect.
