Good basic Needle game with a completely inexistent difficulty curve. I guess the last area doesnt really fit into a needle game, but at the same time it is very well-done nonetheless. 10 minutes into the last area I hated it, but then started to enjoy it again. :P

That's some creativity. Basically, this game invites you to get through some screens of simple needle with the lowest possible amount of deaths. You won't want to know what happens if you die too much.
It's one of the few special games that I actually like. If you're into these games, I recommend this one.

Probably my favorite of the series so far. The visuals are two steps higher than in the previous games, and the traps are still amazing. The gimmicks are mostly slow-paced, but the slow-pacing is done well in this game, it's not boring. It's also more lenghty than in the previous games of the series, featuring 5 stages. My only complaints are about the restarting music, and the penultimate boss, because you can only hit him if he uses one specific attack. An attack that he doesn't use very often. Aside from these little issues, it's a very good game. Highly recommended.

Nice and creative traps, good gimmicks, good visuals and to top it all, good bosses. I didn't really like the third boss because, although the concept was good, some of the attacks were way too much RNG-based. The other ones were cool, though. If you liked the previous games of the series, you'll probably like this one too. If you didn't...Well, this one still has a chance, probably. Would recommend.

I played this because I love the Promin stage in Permanence 2, but was disappointed. The first stage is mostly great, but the rest of the game is kind of a mess. The random battle mechanic in stage two is not implemented very well and I had some resolution issues in that area. Final area is pretty bad. The bosses are kind of cool, if cheap, and there's an avoidance at the end that I have no interest in clearing.

Short, easy and not enjoyable. There's a boss at the end, easy as well. Wouldn't recommend.

Just played through this game and enjoyed it a lot (could be due to the fact that I shouldve actually been studying, but well...)
Venus is a very well-designed needle game with a pretty constant difficulty throughout the game. Corner jumps and upward planes of various kinds appear in the game, but even though I never played a game that included a lot of those I never felt frustrated with this. In contrary, this game has taught me a lot about these jumps, so I would recommend it as a game for people that are interested in getting into needle games.
Since a lot of the jumps depend on aligns, Id recommend either reading up on them or having a more experienced player help you whenever you get stuck.
