I'm not much of a meme guy and this game has a bunch, but beyond all of that is a pretty large game with a ton of content. The concept of a hub with selective stages and sealed areas is a great concept, and it's enhanced by the variety of that the game offers in terms of the various stages. Standard platforming, gimmick rooms, bosses, and needles, there a lot to chew through here. Given that many of the people involved in this are some of the best fangame makers in the western community, you get a pretty high quality of production.
The flip-side to this is that moderate amount of meme style stuff here which is not my cup of tea. Also with this many stages and people involved, there's going to be some rooms that just are flat out not as good as some of the others. The good news is you don't HAVE to play any room you don't want to unless you are trying to 100% the game. To that point, the game really doesn't have a structured true end like normal games do, which I would have liked to have seen.
The game file is huge, over 400 megs I think, mostly due to the giant amount of music. The music is pretty great through most of the game minus a few rooms. The good news is there is a button you can press in the game to look up which music file is the one you are hearing, the bad news is that they are non-descriptive names so while you may track down the file for the song you like you still won't know what it is.
Overall it's not a game to be taken super seriously since a decent chunk of the content is attempting to be humorous, but what is serious the amount of content in this game, the quality of the majority of that content, and the production and execution of the package as a whole.

Another very overrated game, in my opinion. I wouldn't reccomend this unless you're a huge needle fan, or if you're trying to improve your needle skills.
Some of the rooms have great design and spike placement, but most of them don't. There is no difficulty curve, either. Some of the rooms are unimaginably harder than the others. It almost feels like a joke.
There is also room 92 but I don't want to talk about it since it's only one room. Just keep in mind that it's one of the cheapest rooms you will ever see in fangames.

the screens of this fangame were very fun! the first three stages were cool and the journey ahead was fair and exciting. A walk down Carnival-memory-lane. The final segment with the piano was so serene.. i ever streamed it and its on my youtube channel. The bosses were good for the most part....

I have spent almost 100 hours on you
You are by far the most toughest boss i have ever faced in a fangame
You make K3 Bright and Shine look like Sticky Keys from fangame
You make Solgryn from Boshy seem like Mecha Birdo from Guy
You make Four Gods from Crimson seem like the tutorial boss in I dun wanna be anything
You make dark souls seem like Mario 64
You made me learn phrases like "You shitting fuck head"
Screams that sound like dinosaurs getting neutered

This fangame has a special spot in my heart. Back when i was 13 or 14 and didn't have a tolerance for fangames, i gave up on 5/8 of the stages. I came back age 18 and finished it, i collected the secret items and killed The Four Gods. This was the very first fangame i EVER played where i honestly though "i'd never be able to beat this." It's amazing how we as players continuously go and try to achieve our goals.. We have a tolerance built for fangames like this.
Also i still want to believe this fangame has the most traps in any fangame ever, i mean holy fuck every screen felt like 30 traps, and that ending segment in red hell!? oh my god that was insane.
First boss is meh, 2nd boss is one infamous mother fucker. If you don't have patience you wont beat this boss.

random difficulty spike in stage 2, then it feels like a cool down in stage 3. I dig the whole jump refresher gimmick though, then one save in stage 4 felt so fucking impossible. I mean its good but not that good.
