It's basically a game with 4 stages, each stage themed on a different fangame. The background used is the title screen of the stage's game, and it looks horrible. The gameplay isn't bad, but I'd rather play the original games, if anything. Wouldn't recommend.

Shoepert
Basically, the game has rooms from Outbreak, Outbreak 2, listen to Electronic music, and Break the Agate. This game has nothing unique, outside of the extremely hard to look at tileset for everything.
